Excellent and friendly service. Great price for what we got. Breakfast time was flexible. Lots of pressure in the shower. Lots of space in the bathroom. Shared refrigerators (We found room for our ice and food). The breakfast room is small and was full when we arrived. We ate in our room (We had 2 tables ) We will return if we are in the area.
One hour drive from old Quebec. Town itself is small. Rooms are comfortable with table, chairs and direct access to parking lot. Service and breakfast is great. The bathtub may be slippery and no body wash is provided. Overall, Must hotel is a good alternative for those staying in Quebec city.
Prime example of not judging a book by its cover. While unspectacular on the outside, this hotel has friendly multilingual front desk staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and offered a great value. It is a budget stay so don't except many amenities, but, if all you need is a safe and comfortable place to sleep, don't hesitate.
For the price and the location, it was a great little spot. It's not a glamorous hotel, but they do their very best to make sure you're comfortable. It was very clean, and we'll stocked. I would recommend it as a quick lay over if you need to stop for the night. The mattresses are the only thing that needs improvement, they were rock hard, and while some people enjoy a firm mattress, we did not.
The host is by far the kindest and most welcoming host I've ever come across. If I could give a sixth star, I would! The rooms are great and the beds are comfy too.
Very accommodating staff helped my family with every aspect of our visit. Whether it was where we should go for sightseeing or needing cream for our coffee in the mornings. Marie rose’s level of hospitality was unrivaled. Coming from the Boston, Ma (USA) area, I have never had a hotel staff member help as much as she has. Very clean rooms and comprehensive breakfast. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our friends!!
We 5 people feel really tired after fishing, the hotel is really really really great! It is very clean and it has all the stuff we need! We took the hot water shower, and sleep tight! After we woke up we get foods from here! What I have to say is the service here are really really very nice and friendly!!!!!! I like here!
Very clean, very well maintained rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and warm. It’s 55mins away from quebec city but it’s a great and affordable place to stay for the night on the way.
